Job Description:

• Onboarding application via Ping Access/Federation.

• Perform problem analysis to identify support call trends and problem areas.
• Create articles for the knowledge base to ensure common issues and configurations are well documented and available to employees to help promote self-service.

• Onboard new employees including provisioning of equipment and logins and orienting employees to the environment.
• Offboard of departing employees including disabling of access and collection of assets.
• Perform platform health checks
• Working knowledge of OpenID, OAuth, SAML, Federation is must
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure along with good knowledge of python or any other scripting language like javascript

Note: Australia & NZ Citizen Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
